The Foundation is a spiritually based non-profit, charitable organization in the St. Louis Region. Its mission is to enhance the educational, emotional, cultural and social needs of the community, reflecting sound belief systems and values, creating a vision of hope for children and young adults, while building and maintaining a support system to make these visions become a reality.

The Joe Torry "Giving Back the Love" Foundation continues to deliver top NBA, Hollywood, Olympic and sports celebrities to the Joe Torry and Friends Celebrity Basketball Challenge.

Again this year, we take pride in staging an encore performance. The Annual Joe Torry Celebrity Basketball Challenge Weekend, July 15-17, 2005. The basketball game on July 16 will be held at the University of Missouri St. Louis (UMSL). In addition, this year, we will have a Celebrity Golf Tournament on Friday, July 15. The nobility of our mission, the energy of undaunted volunteers and the deliverance of a diverse cast of superstars have attracted partnerships with national and local giants who share our vision.

Your role as a sponsor of this spectacular event affords the Foundation the opportunity to continue funding school supplies for area youths, and encouraging social and educational development to further mentoring, scholarships and subsidies for academic, athletic and cultural interests of St. Louis' talented.
